The beloved Hilltop Café, located in a historic, Wilton, NH farmhouse, on a working biodynamic farm, is opening its doors every Friday and Saturday night at 6:30 for a unique dining experience.  Executive Chef Michael Zielie and his talented staff, prepare a seasonally inspired four course meal in an intimate setting.

Imagine a restaurant in which, from the time you arrive until the time you say good night, you are completely at ease. At EVENINGS, each dinner service specially curated by Chef Michael, with that end in mind. 

Appointment Dining: Reservations are a required.  EVENINGS is only open for 4 dinner services a week, so we must know in advance how many people will be coming.  For you, this means that when you arrive, your table will be waiting.  You will never have to put your name on a wait list, stand in cramped quarters, or pay more attention to the hostess calling names than your present company.

Predetermined Menu:  Each week brings a new four course meal which is carefully planned and expertly prepared. Seasonal, fresh, courses perfectly paired, never will you have that uncomfortable feeling that you get when looking over a large, unfamiliar menu.  And, of course, the wine and beer offerings are chosen to perfectly complement the meal. 

Exceptional Service: The evening progresses at the perfect pace.  Since you don't have to order your meal, you never have to flag down your server.  Once you are seated, like magic, the courses begin to arrive. Our attentive staff will make sure everything runs like clockwork and your every need is met.
